Thirty-six years ago, I left Haiti to join my family in the United States, eager to start a new life. I was introduced to the hospitality industry through the Jewish Vocational Services, which sparked my passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring memorable experiences for guests. Beginning as a busser/ waiter at Maplewood Country Club, I quickly realized this was more than just a job - it was a career path. Over the next 28 years, I worked tirelessly to prove myself, overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities. My dedication paid off when I was promoted to Assistant General Manager. In 2016, I sought a new challenge and found it at Cedar Hill Golf & Country Club, where I became COO/General Manager. With a focus on growth and improvement, I significantly expanded our event revenue, increased membership by over 50%, and oversaw major enhancements to our golf course, tennis courts, pool facilities, and clubhouse. Today, CHCC is a thriving community and one of New Jersey's premier destinations for golf and events. As an active member of the Club Manager's Association of America, I'm honored to have CHCC host various events throughout the year.
